Thats it for the spring section of Nakdong-jeongmaek. Summer is now well and truly here in Korea and I'll be spending much of the next six weeks on the beach.
The journey will continue from the first week of september.

The line within the square shows the approximate location of the Nakdong-jeongmaek ridgeline. The trail starts in the southern city of Busan and runs north 430km to near Taebaek city where it meets the Baekdu-daegan ridge (bold black line)

Thank you for sharing these pictures of your journey, I look forward the resumption. Your walk will go from Pusan to Taebaek, does it go through the famous city Kyoung-ju?

The trail doesn't go through Gyeong-ju city proper but for much of the next 80km or so the ridge forms or passes within the western Gyeong-ju city border region.

I live in Pusan and was put onto this blog, Ive been up to the city fortress walls before but had no idea those mountains just keep on going. Its nice to think I could just head out and keep walking!
The first weekend of september has just finished, did you go back to the mountain?
